Privacy Notice

How information is handled when you browse the Delvrin website or use its contact form.

01Scope of this notice

This notice explains how information is handled on the Delvrin website. It covers browsing, contact-form entries and inquiry downloads. Data exchanged through a separately contracted energy service is outside the scope of this notice.

02Information you provide

The contact form asks for your first and last name, work email address, company, role, organization type and message. Required fields are identified on the form. These details provide context for a business or career inquiry.

Please do not enter passwords, payment information, customer records, detailed network credentials or other sensitive operational information. An initial inquiry does not require this information.

03Contact forms and delivery

Online form delivery is unavailable. Entries remain in the page and are not transmitted to Delvrin by the form. You can save a text copy of your inquiry to your own device; downloading it does not send it to Delvrin.

The form does not enroll you in a newsletter or advertising list. It does not submit your entries as you type.

04Website delivery and technical data

Loading a website sends technical information, such as an IP address and browser request details, to the server delivering the page. The hosting provider may process request and security logs to deliver the website, investigate errors and protect access.

Any account or sign-in required by a hosting provider is handled by that provider. Its account, access and logging practices are covered by its own privacy information, separately from this website’s contact form.

05Cookies and browser storage

Delvrin’s website code does not add advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party analytics scripts. Fonts and brand assets are served with the website rather than loaded from an external font service.

Interactive charts and selections use page memory, not persistent browser storage. Hosting-provider access controls may use their own cookies. Your browser may also cache pages or remember form values according to your browser settings.

06Saved copies and retention

The website does not write unsent inquiries to local storage, session storage or a draft-inquiry database. A downloaded inquiry is a file on your device, under your control. You can delete that file whenever you choose.

Browser-managed history, cached content and autofill are controlled through your browser settings. Hosting-provider logs are separate from form drafts and follow the provider’s retention arrangements.

07Your choices and privacy questions

You can browse the public website without entering contact details. You can edit or clear form fields before submitting and choose not to download an inquiry.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to its use, or raise a concern with a data protection authority. These rights depend on the information involved and the circumstances of its processing.

For questions about information you have provided directly to Delvrin, use the contact details supplied in that correspondence. Questions about a hosting-provider account or its access controls should be directed to that provider.

08Changes to this notice

The revision date identifies the version of this notice. Changes to website data handling will be reflected here. Review the notice when providing information, particularly if the contact or account features you use have changed.
